Stephenville Knights present $35,000 to Pallotines, local pregnancy center

STEPHENVILLE — Texas Council 10816 of the Knights of Columbus presented part of the proceeds from their recent "Knight of Charity" to Choices Life Resource Center of Stephenville and the Pallottine Fathers and Brothers on Feb. 1. Grand Knight Ryan Halfram presented checks totaling $35,000.

Chuck Pelletier, long-time advocate for the unborn, dies at 72

FORT WORTH -- Clutching his ever-present rosary, Capt. Charles J. (Chuck) Pelletier II, a tireless advocate for the unborn and decorated Vietnam War hero, died Jan. 14 surrounded by loving family and friends. He was 72. A Mass of Christian Burial was held Jan. 22 in St. Patrick Cathedral.
