Six Fort Worth area schools raise $33,510 as part of the 2024 Catholic Schools Sweepstakes

(San Antonio, TX) – Catholic Life Insurance helped 69 Catholic Schools sell tickets to raise over $1.16 million during the 17th annual Catholic Schools Sweepstakes.
The grand prize winner purchased the winning ticket from a student at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic School in Dallas. The choice of prizes included a Roman Holiday Vacation for Four or a $20,000 prepaid gift card. The second grand prize winner received a $2,500 prepaid gift card and purchased their ticket from Immaculate Conception Catholic School in Grand Prairie.
All Saints Catholic School - Forth Worth, Cassata Catholic School – Fort Worth, Immaculate Conception Catholic School – Denton, Sacred Heart Catholic School – Muenster, St. John the Apostle Catholic School - North Richlands Hills, and St. Mary Catholic School – Gainesville participated in the program raising a total of $33,510. The Catholic Life Insurance Sweepstakes began in 2007 and has helped Catholic schools raise $15 million, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to the schools.
Catholic Life Insurance provides all the prizes, marketing material, and printing. The schools can use the funds raised how they wish, including the purchase of computer equipment, textbooks, necessary school repairs, and tuition assistance.
